- Student & Parent Data: Full name, emergency guardian contact phone number, grade, stream (A/L Science, Commerce, Arts, Tech, O/L), and registered institute branch.
- Attendance Logs: Class-session attendance timestamps recorded by authorized staff and check-in assistants.
- Financial Records: Institution-recorded payments, receipt numbers, payment methods, references, invoice allocations, and commission settlements.
- Academic Records: Term-test scores, paper class marks, and academic progress summaries entered by authorized educators.
3. How Information Is Used
Collected data is processed strictly for operational educational purposes:
- Recording and monitoring class attendance for authorized institute staff and parents.
- Processing student tuition payments and calculating teacher and institution commission settlements.
- Presenting attendance and fee receipt records through authorized platform interfaces.

VIDUNEX enforces strict data isolation between educational institutions. Every request is verified with role-based access controls, ensuring that staff, teachers, students, and parents only access records they are explicitly authorized to view. 5. Parent & Student Rights
Parents and students can request access to their registered profile data, fee history, and attendance records through their institution's administration desk or through their authorized digital accounts. Correction and deletion requests can also be submitted directly to the institution administration.
